Job Summary:

B2B Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with warm leads and prospects generated through marketing and pre-sales efforts.
2. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and align them with Sunbase’s solutions.
3. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sunbase’s value.
4. Follow up regularly with prospective clients to maintain engagement and address any concerns before they become customers.
5. Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to manage the transition after closing deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
6. Serve as a point of contact for prospective clients, addressing queries and building trust throughout the sales process.
7. Maintain long-term relationships with key prospects who may convert in the future, ensuring they remain engaged with Sunbase's updates and offerings.
8. Manage client objections and provide clear and confident solutions to close deals.
9. Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies.
10.  Maintain detailed records of client interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
11. Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
12. Stay updated on Sunbase’s features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best possible experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of closing deals in SaaS, software, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (experience with Sunbase’s CRM is a bonus!).
•  Familiarity with the solar industry is a plus but not a requirement.
