As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals. Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals and meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Use your knowledge of data analytics to develop comprehensive strategies for marketing challenges, uncovering opportunities for measurement and optimization to drive incremental brand and performance growth.
• Lead marketing-wide opportunities such as evaluating, launching and managing new tools and processes, driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Build measurement plans and consolidate reporting metrics and benchmarks for our largest campaigns to understand the incremental impact of our marketing dollars.
• Analyze campaign results and report the media effectiveness across all stakeholder groups and influence business decision-making through compelling use of data and impactful communication.
