- Work directly with senior leadership on leading and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives across product, growth, operations and client success
- Work closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive initiatives from 0 to 1
- Identify and solve high-leverage problems with speed, clarity, and ownership
- Conduct deep research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support decision-making
- This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. This role requires a willingness to travel when required.

What would make you a good fit for this role
We are looking for someone with:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or strategic roles preferably with a Tier 1 educational background
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
- Outstanding communication skills, including being comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
- High learning orientation, and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- You will have an advantage if you:
- Have a consulting background
- Have prior interest or experience in SaaS, AI, or customer experience domains
