Job Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple processes or client accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to

    SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards

    across all teams.
  • Drive

    process improvements

    and operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Training, WFM, HR) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business demands.
  • Support transitions, ramp-ups, and new client onboarding with operational readiness.
