Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager-TA to join our team, with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage and lead a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Negotiate offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
