Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our syndication practice in Mumbai, focusing on lending and balance syndications with banks. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain relationships with various banks, including PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, and NBCFs.
Collaborate with other loan syndication desks to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
Select and pursue suitable opportunities for syndications, providing active inputs during client negotiations.
Ensure correct structuring of proposals to offer innovative solutions while maintaining creditworthiness and legal correctness.
Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums and represent cases in various approval committees of banks.
Manage end-to-end deals, ensuring timely syndication of client requirements.

Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree.
Possess strong knowledge of the banking or financial services industry, particularly in syndication and lending practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of new business opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Strong understanding of credit assessment principles and practices is required.
