Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our syndication practice in Mumbai, focusing on growing the business through lending and balance syndications with banks. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Maintain and acquire new relationships with various banks, including PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, offshore banks, and NBCFs.
Stay updated with loan syndication market information by maintaining relationships with other loan syndication desks.
Select and pursue opportunities for syndications, providing active inputs during client negotiations to make proposals saleable.
Ensure correct structuring of proposals to offer innovative solutions while ensuring creditworthiness and legal correctness.
Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums and represent cases in various approval committees of banks.
Syndicate client requirements within expected timelines, managing end-to-end deals.

Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Possess strong knowledge of loan syndication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
