Description
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing at Radisson Hotel Group, your role will involve managing the development and implementation of Market-Focused procurement, sourcing synergies and leveraging activities across South Asia to deliver financial and non-financial benefits. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and implementing effective market-focused sourcing strategies for different types of goods and services, analyzing spend data to identify synergies, engaging cross-functionally to improve commercial arrangements, managing vendor selection and contracting process, defining vendor KPI parameters, coaching and developing procurement champions, preparing E-Procurement sourcing events, adopting a culture of value engineering, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute actively to the transformation of the Strategic Sourcing function with a focus on costs, sustainability, innovation, and effectiveness. - Define, manage, and implement effective market-focused sourcing strategies. - Analyze market-specific spend data to identify synergies and leveraging opportunities. - Engage cross-functionally to improve commercial arrangements and enhance customer experience. - Manage vendor selection and contracting process in compliance with Procurement Policy. - Define and measure vendor KPI parameters for improvement and innovation. - Coach, develop, deploy, and manage procurement champions and resources. - Maintain regular communication with hotels and monitor performance. - Prepare E-Procurement sourcing events and develop sustainable supply sources. - Drive continuous improvement in purchasing procedures and operations. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with vendors to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply. - Work closely with the Corporate Strategic Sourcing Team to implement corporate agreements. - Participate as a subject matter expert in high priority projects and global contracts. - Support the rollout of the global procurement platform to hotels within the portfolio. - Prepare regular reports on performance metrics. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields. - Professional Supply Chain Management certification desired. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Lean Six Sigma experience and certification is a plus. - Minimum 5 years of strategic Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management experience. - Hospitality industry experience is required. - Strong negotiation, analytical, contract management, relationship management, and project management skills. - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis. - Ability to lead teams, multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure. - Coaching, mentoring, training, and change management skills. - Effective planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and objectives. - Familiarity with the South Asia market. - Highly responsible and reliable.
