Senior Manager - Sales

The Hirexpress LLC is expanding! We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Manager - Sales to lead our Healthcare Staffing & Recruitment Division.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead business development initiatives across healthcare clients (MSP/VMS & Direct)
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and recruiting team
• Develop go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and client acquisition
• Strengthen existing client relationships and explore new opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare staffing sales.
• Strong network in healthcare clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• A results-driven professional ready to take ownership and build something extraordinary

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
