The Hirexpress LLC is expanding! We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Manager - Sales to lead our Healthcare Staffing & Recruitment Division . If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare and a proven record of driving sales growth, team leadership, and client partnerships — we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Lead business development initiatives across healthcare clients (MSP/VMS & Direct) Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and recruiting team Develop go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and client acquisition Strengthen existing client relationships and explore new opportunities What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare staffing sales. Strong network in healthcare clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills A results-driven professional ready to take ownership and build something extraordinary Join us as we redefine healthcare recruitment with innovation, integrity, and impact.
