Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to optimize product positioning and pricing. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded. Team Management Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations of the sales team. Provide guidance and mentoring to improve the overall effectiveness of the team. Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and channel partners. Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to closure and handover. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalations as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1015 years of sales experience in the real estate sector (residential/commercial).
