Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify contractor and client bills as per work progress and contractual terms. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements. Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on structural drawings. Conduct rate analysis and verification of BOQs. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control through efficient billing and planning. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth billing and QS operations. Maintain documentation for contracts, variations, and reconciliations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 7-8 years of relevant experience in QS, Billing, and BBS. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing tools (ERP/SAP preferred).
