Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned project sales targets

Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and ensure timely closure of deals.

Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and post-sales customer service.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate sales with large developers.
