Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

Run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn & YouTube and other Channels
Optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and lead quality.
Build landing pages, track funnels, and manage CRM integration.
Execute remarketing & lead nurturing campaigns.

2. Social Media Marketing

Develop monthly content calendars (posts, reels, walkthroughs, and testimonials).
Manage engagement (comments, queries, DMs).
Run paid social ads to boost leads & brand awareness.

3. SEO & Content

Drive organic traffic through SEO, blogs, and project content.
Collaborate with influencers & property bloggers.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Lead to Site Visit Ratio).
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.

5. Collaboration

Work with sales teams for lead quality & conversions.
Coordinate with agencies and creative partners.

6. Reporting

Track and maintain the daily / weekly reports on leads, campaign, Social Media etc
Manage the budget provided and use the budget in the best possible manner
Major Focus on new ideas, trends in the real estate market

Requirements

48 years’ experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred).
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM & Analytics tools.
Strong analytical + creative mindset.
Proven record in performance-driven campaigns.
