Role Summary

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Lead Generation Strategy

Design and execute multi-channel inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns aimed at C-suite and IT leadership.
Build and manage high-converting landing pages and lead-capture forms, ensuring a seamless journey from "Ad" to "Qualified Lead."
Collaborate with the Sales/SDR teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and track their progression to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

2. LinkedIn & Performance Marketing

Own the full LinkedIn Marketing stack: from audience building using
LinkedIn Insight Tag
and
Matched Audiences
to executing Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms.
Manage paid search and display campaigns, focusing on high-intent keywords related to Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.

3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Execute "Laser-Targeted" campaigns for PiLogs Tier-1 global accounts.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ABM tools to identify and "warm up" specific buying committees within target organizations.

4. Hands-on AI Tool Integration

Mandatory Requirement:
Use AI tools to scale high-quality B2B content, automate personalized ad copy, and conduct data analysis for campaign optimization.
