Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned projects.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation Follow-up Site visits Negotiation Booking Documentation.
  • Convert walk-in leads, inquiries, and digital leads into confirmed bookings.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits, property showings, and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

3. Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners/Brokers.
  • Conduct CP meet-ups, provide project training, and ensure continuous engagement.
  • Monitor CP performance and support them in closing deals.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new launches.
  • Share insights with management for strategic planning.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update sales reports, lead trackers, and revenue dashboards.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams for smooth completion of post-sales processes.
