The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and effective team leadership. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to drive growth, enhance team performance, and expand the customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and be skilled in developing high-impact sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, monitoring market trends and adjusting plans as necessary.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and regular training.
Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, overseeing major deals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Pipeline & Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline, using CRM tools for accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics.
Collaboration & Feedback: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align goals and enhance customer service offerings.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Business, Marketing.
· Minimum of [7 years] of experience in sales, with at least [3 years] in a senior or managerial role.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
