Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Sales, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a dynamic sales team. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the security services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
