Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

As a Sr. Manager / AGM in the Sales & Marketing department at Renserv, your role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities and qualifications. You will be expected to have a BE (Mechanical / Electrical) degree, along with a minimum of 14 years of experience in Tender management, business development, and attending pre-bid meetings for Hydro Power Projects in India and neighboring countries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving agreed targets for OB and Visits to Hydro Plants - Giving presentations to customers - Working proactively to finalize requirements favorably - Generating enquiries and converting them into purchase orders - Understanding Tender requirements - Preparing, compiling, and submitting bids within given timelines In addition to the above, having site experience will be beneficial as it will enable you to visit different sites, discuss with customer site engineers, and contribute towards developing spares and RenServ business. You should also possess good communication skills and be computer savvy.
