Insurity’s Next Senior Manager, Quality
As a Senior Manager, Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and high quality of Insurity’s commercial insurance software solutions. You will be responsible for defining and executing the test strategy for core products and regulatory services, while fostering a culture that emphasizes strategic thinking, guiding principles, and core values.In this role, you will manage resource allocation, budgeting, test planning, and design the learning roadmap for the QA team. A strong commitment to developing both technical and leadership expertise is essential, with a focus on leveraging industry best practices to enhance quality and team productivity.Additionally, you will collaborate in process review and Test automation to strengthen testing strategies and drive continuous improvement across the QA process.
What Our Senior Manager, Quality Will Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a highly performing, engaged team, which may include managers and multiple disciplines.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional talent.
- Help establish departmental goals and strategies.

Who We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with proven leadership experience.
