We re looking for a Senior Manager, Programmatic Monetization to lead our programmatic strategy and operations across our digital properties. This is a high-impact role that combines revenue ownership, team leadership, and product co-ownership of our Ad stack. You will lead a team focused on driving programmatic revenue, work with strategic Ad demand partners, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics to continuously evolve our monetization infrastructure and strategy. What will you be doing ? Team Leadership & Strategy Lead, mentor, and grow a team of monetization analysts and ad operations specialists Define and drive the programmatic revenue strategy across platforms (web, app ) Ad Stack & Product Co-Ownership Co-own the roadmap for the monetization tech stack including Prebid, Google Ad Manager (GAM), mediation layers, and header bidding wrappers. Partner with product and engineering to scope, prioritize, and implement new monetization features and optimizations. Maintain deep understanding of monetization architecture, ad delivery, and auction dynamics. Analytics, Yield Optimization E2E Funnel analysis - Device Activation to Revenue, draw insights and optimize metrics to improve revenue Own revenue and yield optimization initiatives, including floor pricing strategies, auction dynamics, timeout settings, and creative blocking rules. Run experiments to test new formats, placements, or configurations and translate insights into measurable revenue gains. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, data, design, and content teams to ensure monetization is aligned with user experience and business goals. Communicate monetization performance, roadmap, and tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders. What is expected out of you ? Masters degree in Business Administration (Prefered), Marketing, or related field 6-10 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role. Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem: header bidding (Prebid.js or Prebid Mobile), Google Ad Manager, Open Bidding, mediation platforms. Proven success in optimizing revenue and leading cross-functional monetization initiatives. Experience working with engineering and product teams to influence roadmap and implementation. Analytical and data-savvy: able to translate data into insights and actions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
