Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard coaching institutes across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institute owners and decision-makers.
Execute channel sales strategies to grow partner networks and achieve revenue goals.
Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and commercial contracts.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support partner success.
Track sales performance, interpret data, and prepare regular MIS/reports.
Conduct product and sales training sessions for coaching institute partners.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
Support and guide the regional sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Represent the company at events, seminars, and networking forums to generate leads.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum
10+ years of experience
in channel sales, business development, or partnership management (education/coaching sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of the coaching ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage partner accounts.
Analytical mindset with strong understanding of sales metrics and market trends.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
