About The Role
The People Partner Excellence (PPE) team delivers scalable, consistent, and future-ready people experiences across Global Tech and Corporate Functions (GTCF). We enable People Partners and business leaders by removing friction, improving processes, and helping shape the future of work with insight and empathy.As a Senior Manager, People you will act as a future-focused strategist and process transformation leader. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, design, and innovation—not managing a team but leading the work to identify systemic issues, streamline delivery, and scale improvements across the People ecosystem. -  Work as a matrixed and cross-functional team member alongside the People Partner Lead and broader People Partner team—ensuring seamless collaboration, shared goals, and aligned execution across the function. 
-  Own day-to-day delivery of people operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, associate relations, and workforce planning. 
-  Act as the primary point of contact for frontline managers, coaching them on effective people management and development conversations. 
-  Lead execution and change management of people initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the organization. 
-  Drive continuous improvement by surfacing feedback to Centers of Excellence (COEs) and contributing to the development of self-service tools and GenAI-enabled solutions. 
-  Champion engagement strategies by listening deeply to organizational sentiment and identifying manager capability gaps.
