Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, People Experience (Restaurant Digital Engagement) at McDonalds in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in deploying and executing change management strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience platforms for global restaurant staff. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing engagement platforms, executing change management strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to assess existing tools and recommend enhancements based on employee engagement data insights - Manage engagement platforms and oversee the management of collaboration tools to keep restaurant employees engaged and informed about new GP program initiatives - Execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms - Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and data models, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards - Work closely with the Manager, Restaurant Digital Engagement for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred - Experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement, preferably in large multinational corporations - Strong analytical skills, knowledge of HR regulations, and proficiency in English are essential - Experience in leading global teams, driving cross-functional initiatives, and managing complex teams is highly valued - Expertise in Restaurant Digital Engagement, technical knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills are preferred - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong influencing abilities are key attributes for success in this role - Continuous improvement mindset and ability to build a strong business case for people as a growth driver will be instrumental in driving the organization forward,
