To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred. You should have experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement, preferably in large multinational corporations. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of HR regulations, and proficiency in English are essential. Experience in leading global teams, driving cross-functional initiatives, and managing complex teams is highly valued. Preferred qualifications include expertise in Restaurant Digital Engagement, technical knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
