We are now looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – People & Culture (HR) who can take the lead in shaping our people strategies, strengthening internal culture, and enhancing our brand image externally. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR leader who brings a 360-degree understanding of HR functions and has worked extensively in the IT sector. This is a strategic role that will influence both the people and public image of the company. The ideal candidate should be equally skilled in operations, employee engagement, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of HR, including: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Training & Development Compensation & Benefits Employee Engagement & Relations Performance Management HR Policies & Compliance Retention Strategies Be a cultural ambassador by promoting a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive internal communication initiatives that foster transparency, clarity, and motivation. Represent Flexur Systems in external events, job fairs, and networking forums to enhance employer brand visibility. Play an active role in public relations and external communication initiatives to build a strong brand perception of Flexur. Ensure regulatory compliance and keep up to date with labour laws (IT Perspective) and HR best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team, ensuring continuous development and capability building. Required Qualifications 10 to 13 years of full-spectrum HR experience in the IT / Technology industry . Proven track record in handling senior-level HR responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Demonstrated ability to drive change management and organisational development. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR analytics. Energetic, empathetic, and people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualities Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Passionate about people, culture, and performance. Experience with HR tech tools and systems. Confident public speaker with prior exposure to PR/branding activities. Why Join Flexur?
