PearLex Consulting is hiring for a client in Manufacturing / Events / Signage / BTL / Fabrication.


Role Description

Senior Manager – Operations & Production and Manager- Operations & Production

Reporting To: Director – Operations / Managing Director


Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of job execution – from internal job handover to production, QC, dispatch, and field execution.

Supervise and coordinate teams across factory and on-site production units.

Interface closely with design, sales, and accounts teams to ensure clarity of job briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

Oversee planning, allocation, and deployment of manpower across multiple jobs and locations.

Maintain and enforce quality standards, cost controls, safety protocols, and turnaround times.

Institutionalize and monitor operational SOPs, checklists, and documentation processes.

Monitor and report production and job-wise progress through structured dashboards.

Ensure factory compliance with relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and ISO 9000 frameworks.

Work closely with vendors for procurement, outsourcing, fabrication, and site setup as per quality norms.

Drive digitization of manual processes using tools such as Excel, Glide, or Zoho as applicable.


Candidate Profile

Experience :10 + years in a similar operations/production role in manufacturing, signage, events, BTL or fabrication setup.

Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Operations / Production Management / Equivalent.

Industry Exposure: Familiar with fast-paced, custom production environments, dealing with high volumes and tight timelines.

Digital Proficiency: Must be comfortable with computers, dashboards, emails, and basic digital tools for team and workflow management.

Systems Orientation: Prior exposure to structured production systems, ISO 9000 documentation, and team workflows is preferred.

Leadership & People Skills: Proven ability to lead blue- and white-collar teams across multiple shifts, locations, and pressure situations.


  • Work Ethic: Accountable, deadline-oriented, good with escalations, and hands-on in job supervision.
