We’re on the lookout for a curious and forward-thinking 3D Artist with a strong foundation in retail branding, POSM, kiosks, event stalls, on-ground activations , and innovative OOH formats. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative thinking with quick execution , and who’s as comfortable with traditional design tools as they are with AI-assisted workflows . We’re looking for a designer who embraces new-age creative technologies , experiments fearlessly, and brings smart, modern ideas to the table. You might be a great fit if you: Have 4–7 years in a design/creative agency Can design for physical brand experiences – from shelves to stalls to streets Are proficient in tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Adobe Suite, Key Shot, Blender Use AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance ideation and speed Stay updated on trends in design, retail, OOH, and creative tech Think fast, design faster — and remain calm under tight timelines We appreciate people who are humble, passionate about their craft, and always eager to learn what’s next.
