This role is central to ensuring seamless execution from design handover to manufacturing, quality control, dispatch, and site installation. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise from manufacturing or event production, demonstrate digital proficiency and preferably have exposure to ISO 9001 quality management systems as well as people management practices. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of project execution, including job handover, production, QC, dispatch, and site implementation. Supervise and coordinate teams across both factory and on-site production units. Collaborate with design, sales, and accounts teams to ensure clarity in briefs, timelines, and deliverables. Plan, allocate, and deploy manpower effectively across multiple projects and locations. Maintain and enforce quality standards, cost controls, safety protocols, and turnaround times. Establish and institutionalise SOPs, checklists, and documentation processes for operations. Track and report progress on production and job status through structured dashboards. Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety norms at the factory. Manage vendor relationships for procurement, outsourcing, fabrication, and site execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Move the manual processes to digital through tools such as Excel, Glide, or Zoho. Qualifications & Competencies Experience: Minimum 10 years in operations/production within manufacturing, signage, events, BTL or fabrication. Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Operations, Production Management, or equivalent. Industry Exposure: Proven ability to handle fast-paced, customised production environments with high volumes and tight timelines. Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at Ad Leo. The role involves building and institutionalising HR systems across all locations (Head Office and Factory), ensuring statutory compliance, designing and implementing people-focused policies, and fostering a high-performance culture. This position demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities HR Systems & Operations Establish, implement, and continuously refine HR SOPs covering recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and exit processes. Drive the digitalisation of HR operations (e.g., via Glide or Zoho) while ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records. Prepare and present monthly dashboards and HR metrics to management. Employee Lifecycle Management Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, induction, confirmation, performance management, promotions, and exits. Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, appraisals, disciplinary actions, and exit records. Address employee grievances and oversee disciplinary processes in line with company policy. Policy & Compliance Draft, implement, and periodically update HR policies including leave, attendance, performance management, grievance redressal, and code of conduct. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, POSH, etc.). Coordinate audits and maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
