Senior Manager - Operations

We are a growing Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) manufacturing company specializing in industrial sheds, warehouses, and structural steel projects. With a strong fabrication base and a commitment to quality and innovation, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our PEB division and oversee end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete PEB project operations — from design, detailing, estimation, fabrication, and erection.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Supervise factory and site teams for smooth project delivery and quality control.
• Review fabrication drawings, BOQs, and material lists.
• Ensure cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance at all stages.
• Identify and onboard reliable vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare project progress and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the PEB industry, from scratch to final erection.
• Deep technical understanding of structural design, fabrication, and erection processes.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools.

Pay: ₹45,876.87 - ₹96,549.08 per month
