Senior Manager - Operations

As the Senior Manager of Operations at our company, you will be responsible for efficiently delivering high-quality market research projects, leading the operations team, and driving continuous improvement. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing processes, managing resource allocation, and overseeing proposals for new business opportunities. - Oversee the end-to-end execution of market research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, budgets, and client requirements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations, reviewing deliverables for high-quality outputs. - Monitor service performance using MIS and take corrective actions when required. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly. - Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. - Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and profitability. - Lead performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for team growth. - Contribute to Learning and Development initiatives for the team. - Lead the creation of proposals for new business opportunities, aligning client needs with operational capabilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Research, or related field (Masters preferred). - 7-10 years of experience in operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role in market research or analytics. - Strong leadership, project management, process optimization, and client relationship management abilities.
