Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to oversee the manufacturing of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and loose furniture. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry, with strong knowledge of costing and the ability to handle and lead a team of production staff across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations and workflow
• Handle team of carpenters, polishers, and factory staff
• Plan and schedule work for timely delivery
• Ensure quality control and reduce production wastage
• Monitor and report production costs and efficiencies
• Coordinate with design and installation teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in modular furniture production
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and costing
• Leadership and team-handling skills
• Ability to read production drawings (preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,394.84 - ₹45,262.97 per month
