Job Description

Manage production: Oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are met, and coordinate the workflow.
Supervise staff: Direct and coordinate production workers, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching or training.
Ensure quality and safety: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and enforce company and government regulations.
Problem-solve: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment: Ensure equipment is functioning correctly by scheduling repairs and maintenance.
Manage resources: Oversee inventory levels, ensure materials are flowing, and contribute to cost-reduction strategies.
Communicate and report: Liaise with other departments, communicate expectations to staff, and report on production performance to management.

Education: BE chem/ Dip chemical/ Bsc chem/ Msc chem

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Wada, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
