About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. 2. Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. 3. Asking them for true feedback. 4. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment. 5. Resolving the queries and questions of all the clients. 6. Giving support to the participants/clients about the company's products or services. 7. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concerned. 8. Understanding client queries and solving them in any manner. Requirements: 1. UG: Any graduate. 2. Min. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
