Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production and assembly of SPM & conveyor systems.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Resolve shop-floor issues and coordinate with design, QC & maintenance teams.
Drive process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
Maintain production documentation and prepare reports.
Requirements
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
4–5 yrs experience in SPM, conveyor, or fabrication domain.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
Good communication, problem-solving and team-handling skills.
