Senior Manager - Nasscom Insights

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting business research and leveraging GenAI tools to find, summarize, and generate content. Your role will involve in-depth research in industry, market, and competitive analysis, as well as designing and analyzing surveys. You must have strong project management skills to ensure timely and value-driven project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of research processes, hypothesis-based thinking, scenario-based storytelling, quantitative modeling, and qualitative analysis. - Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to align with Nasscom's approach on industry and thought leadership. - Utilize strategic thinking skills to understand the big picture in the tech industry and provide data-backed and insightful narratives. - Utilize expertise in macro-economic trends and the Indian tech industry to translate emerging technology trends into business thought leadership. - Manage third-party partners in research projects and survey execution. Qualifications Required: - High-performing MBA or masters graduate in business management, strategy, economics, technology, or engineering. - Minimum 12 years of experience in technology and business research and consulting. - Extensive knowledge of major proprietary research databases. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and creative representation of insights. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and strong public speaking capabilities.,
