Job Description

  • Revenue Strategy & Optimisation

    • Maximise monetisation potential of the existing subscription model.
    • Build, own, and continuously improve revenue projections and LTV / CAC models.
    • Identify and implement pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies that drive growth.
  • Funnel & Retention Analytics

    • Deep dive into subscriber acquisition and retention funnels to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Conduct hands-on SQL-based analysis to track subscriber cohorts, funnel conversion, churn, and LTV drivers.
    • Partner with Product and Marketing to test hypotheses and implement strategies for funnel optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with

      Marketing, Product, and Data teams

      to align monetisation strategies with customer insights and product roadmap.
    • Partner with Finance to ensure revenue forecasts, growth models, and reporting are accurate and actionable.
  • Leadership & Execution

    • Lead initiatives to improve monetisation KPIs and ensure scalability of growth strategies.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging subscription models to keep the business ahead of the curve.

  • 5+ years of experience in

    monetisation, growth, strategy consulting, or subscription-based business roles

    .
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving

    LTV / CAC ratios

    in a high-growth consumer or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in funnel analysis, retention strategies, and unit economics.
  • Advanced SQL skills

    with the ability to independently query large datasets and derive actionable insights (experience with Excel/Tableau/BI tools is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, packaging, or subscription monetisation.
