About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Recruiter

to join our team on a contractual basis. This role requires ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, across both tech and non-tech roles. You ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within tight timelines, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for all open roles (Tech and Non-Tech).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, priorities, and team dynamics.
  • Proactively source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Close assigned positions within defined timelines and hiring targets.
  • Conduct salary discussions and negotiations with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate and oversee the

    onboarding process

    for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date

    recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and documentation

    .
  • Manage and update the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    , ensuring candidates are moved through proper stages.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional

    communication with candidates

    at every stage.
  • Coordinate effectively with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Deliver an exceptional

    candidate experience

    throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Minimum

    3 years of focused experience

    in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong ability to deliver results under

    tight timelines

    and meet hiring goals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in

    offer closure

    .
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating

    onboarding processes

    .
  • Proficiency in job portals , and other sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    and recruitment workflows.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline;

    HR certifications

    are a plus.
