This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Marketing
Manager will be responsible for managing our brand and image, driving sales and traffic, andcreating marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty. The marketing manager willwork closely with other cross-functional teams and collaborate with external agencies and vendors.Qualifications :Expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and execution.Experience - 5 to 8 years in Retail FMCG Marketing.Experience in Store visit store operations and Marketing.Experience in digital marketing and social media managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in brand management and market research.New Store Openings - Launch/ Activations Existing Stores Performance boost Activations atthe StoreNew Product Launch Visual Merchandize Offers Campaigns - Growth Marketing - Loyalty & Retaining Festive Activations - South Brand Campaign. Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with the organic and natural products industry is a plusBachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Roles and Responsibilities :Sales Generation:- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales across all channels, including physical stores and online platforms.- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.- Collaborate with category team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.Marketing Budgeting:- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets in line with company goals and financial targets.- Monitor and optimize marketing expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources andminimize CAC.- Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance and market dynamics.Customer Acquisition:- Implement targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new customersacross diverse demographics.- Utilize market research and customer insights to identify key customer segments and optimizeacquisition strategies.- Evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels and adjust marketing effortsaccordingly.Customer Retention and Loyalty:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.- Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat purchases and increase customerlifetime value.- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and implementsolutions to enhance the customer experience.Brand Building:- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity across alltouchpoints.- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across physical anddigital channels.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling brand campaigns andinitiatives.
