Job Description

As a Senior Manager / Manager Commercial in the nutraceutical industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Development function with a strong focus on B2B/D2C Sales, Market Development, Distribution Management, Key Account Management, and International Marketing. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will need to identify and establish new sources of supply, expand into emerging markets, and initiate business meetings with potential clients to promote products and services. It will be important for you to deliver effective presentations, maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, contracts, and invoices, provide trustworthy feedback, after-sales service, and long-term account support, as well as build and sustain enduring relationships with new and existing clients at both domestic and international levels. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Business Development function with a focus on B2B/D2C Sales, Market Development, Distribution Management, Key Account Management, and International Marketing. - Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with financial performance and customer satisfaction. - Identify and establish new sources of supply, expand into emerging markets, and initiate business meetings with potential clients. - Deliver effective presentations, maintain accurate records, provide trustworthy feedback and long-term account support, and build enduring relationships with clients. Qualifications Required: - PhD / Postgraduate / Graduate in Bio Science or Food Science; or an MBA with specialization in Marketing. - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in procurement, marketing, or sales of nutraceuticals. - Proven expertise in managing cross-functional commercial responsibilities and building successful global business networks. - High proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional local language preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills with a results-driven approach.
