Job Title: IT Manager - Infrastructure & Network

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our infrastructure and network operations. This role involves managing our IT systems and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a strategic mind-set to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Server Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Security Oversight: Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization’s data and IT assets from cyber threats.
• Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of hardware, software, and services; manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure IT infrastructure complies with industry regulations and standards; implement best practices for IT operations.
• Project Management: Plan and oversee IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, network expansions, and system implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and networking (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, server operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with security frameworks and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Microsoft Certified: MS Server / Azure Administrator
• CompTIA Network+

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
