We are #hiring! Position: Senior Manager-IT Organisation: A Leading NGO Experience: 5-7 yrs preferably in IT sector Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer science or related fields CTC: 12 LPA Location: Mumbai Job Description Plan and execute technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives Lead and manage core IT infrastructure including servers, network security, data backups, firewalls, and related support services Oversee IT operations across multiple centers including hardware/software implementation, system troubleshooting, vendor management, and audits Drive digitization projects, implement innovative tech solutions (AI tools, biometric systems, etc.), and ensure staff training and adoption Ensure timely reporting, conduct quarterly site visits for system reviews, and maintain robust documentation and compliance Manage IT staff, allocate resources effectively, and foster a high-performing and service-oriented team culture. Job Requirements Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related discipline 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, preferably in multi-location or NGO/social sector environments.
