Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Internal Audit team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-15 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading audit engagements and managing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage internal audit projects from planning to execution.
Develop and implement audit plans, risk assessments, and audit programs.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and mitigate risks.
Mentor and train junior audit staff to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Skills and Qualifications

CA qualified
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.
Experience with audit software and data analytics tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
