Architectural Draftsman

Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in drafting architectural designs and will play a key role in bringing our projects to life through detailed drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects or designers.
• Review and revise drawings according to feedback and requirements from project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs, ensuring that all specifications are met.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all drawings are updated and stored appropriately.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering terminology and principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
