Role Description

We're hiring a detail-oriented Architect with 56 years of experience in commercial and F&B interiors. If you're skilled in AutoCAD and passionate about turning design concepts into precise, buildable drawings, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Create technical drawings, construction documents, and tender packages
Draft plans, sections, elevations, and ceiling layouts
Translate 3D design ideas into accurate 2D documentation
Coordinate with design teams and consultants to ensure clarity and feasibility
Optional: Use SketchUp or similar tools for visual presentations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture
56 years of design and drafting experience, preferably in interior projects
Strong AutoCAD skills and understanding of construction detailing
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations, especially international market
Familiarity with SketchUp or other design tools is an added preference
