Job Description

About Us:

Restosmile is a fast-growing oral care brand focused on sensitivity prevention, whitening, and enamel strengthening. Backed by strong advertising and an established pharma distribution base, we are expanding into large institutional supply channels such as Railways, Army, and Air Catering.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead institutional sales of Restosmile toothpaste to Indian Railways, Army, Air Force, CSD, and Air Catering units.
Build and manage strong relationships with IRCTC, defence canteens, catering contractors, and government procurement departments.
Drive end-to-end sales process: lead generation, tender participation, rate contract negotiations, and order finalization.
Liaise with procurement officers, supply chain managers, and distributors for smooth delivery and payment cycles.
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets from institutional channels.
Monitor competitor activity (Sensodyne, Colgate, Dabur, etc.) in institutional segments and develop counter-strategies.
Coordinate with internal marketing & supply teams to ensure timely product availability and promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

5-12 years of experience in institutional sales (preferably FMCG, Pharma, Oral Care, or Food products).

Strong working relationships / past experience with Railways (IRCTC), Army Canteens (CSD), Air Catering vendors.
Proven track record of securing tenders, rate contracts, and institutional orders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Based in Delhi NCR (preferred) with willingness to travel extensively.
