Job Title: Corporate HR – Business Partner Location: Bengaluru Experience: 7–14 Years Working Days: 5 Days a Week Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Professional with 8–12 years of experience, particularly someone who has worked with blue-collar/labor-intensive workforce in their recent years of experience . Industry background is flexible, but hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics at the plant or site level is essential. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies and execution Lead initiatives in Talent Management , Employee Engagement , and HR Business Partnering Ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations Drive effective Training & Development programs Manage workforce relations and support operational HR across plant locations Requirements: Strong experience engaging with laborers or plant/site-based workforce Fluent in Kannada (verbal and written) Proven ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders Show more Show less
