Senior Manager- HRBP

As a Corporate HR Business Partner at our company, your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies. You will be leading initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Business Partnering. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations, drive effective Training & Development programs, and manage workforce relations across plant locations.
