About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager HR Operations, Leadership Development & Employee Relations to lead these functions across India region. This role combines operational excellence with a strong focus on employee relations and talent management. You will be responsible for driving efficient HR processes, ensuring legal and policy compliance, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Lead and manage a high-performing HR operations team, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve HR service delivery, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and extended workforce management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with HR and labor laws (CLRA, S&D, vendor compliance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR solutions and process improvements.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements and new module rollouts: Workday, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
- Lead internal and external audits, including SOX and statutory compliance reviews.
- Track and implement legislative and regulatory changes affecting HR operations.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all HR data within the HRIS and other systems
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Have an ER Strategy for proactive interventions basis workplace issue trends/analysis
- Conduct structured investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment through proactive engagement and communication strategies.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization.
Leadership Development (Talent Management)
- Partner with Talent Management and HRBPs to support performance management, succession planning, and Leadership development initiatives.
- Identify Sr talent gaps and support strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Support change management efforts related to talent programs and organizational development.
- Plan Hi- potential interventions at Sr Levels
People Management
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct ongoing training to ensure team productivity and process knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree ( Master s preferred) with 15+ years of relevant HR operations and employee relations experience & talent Management
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Understanding the employee lifecycle and associated HR processes.
- Experience in Talent management (leadership development )
- Experience working across India and other regions is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors), Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate to advanced skills in Alteryx or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HR statutory compliance, especially under CLRA.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and ambiguous environment.
