Job Description

Marketing:

Commercial aviation:
Market both base and line maintenance services to domestic and international customer and increase GAT’s market share in Middle East, APAC, SE-ASIA and CIS countries.

Defense Services:

RFQ and Contracts

Receive RFQ's, prepare response and submit response for both base and line maintenance activities
Negotiate, Prepare and finalize contracts with both line and base maintenance customers
Ensure correctness of all contracts by including terms and conditions ie Quality, Legal, finance etc

Line maintenance:

Coordinate with Line maintenance head in marketing line maintenance services to domestic and international carriers
Explore areas to expand line maintenance foot print in the international market
Ramp up existing domestic line maintenance and add more customers and stations

Customer Relationship:

Customer Relationship Development and Management for both base and line maintenance business
Ensuring customer satisfaction by obtaining continuous feedback and taking corrective actions.

Strategy:

Support the management in defining short term and long term strategy for the company
Competitor bench marking and market surveys to define pricing and target customer
Prepare Business plans for various base and line maintenance projects

Prepare AOP for the department/Company
