Senior Manager

A. System Administration

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems (servers, laptops, networks, and end-user devices).
• Ensure system security, data protection protocols, and access controls are adhered to.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement areas.
• Manage user access privileges and role-based permissions.

B. Software Administration

• Lead deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of all internal and third-party software applications (HRMS, ERP, CRM, LMS, finance tools, etc.).
• Act as the primary coordinator between business teams and software vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution of software-related issues across departments.
• Maintain license management, version control, and software compliance.

C. Issue Resolution & Support

• Establish a structured helpdesk/ ticketing mechanism for tech support.
• Lead Level 2 & 3 troubleshooting for critical or escalated system issues.
• Ensure minimum downtime and swift resolution of hardware/software failures.
• Implement SLA-based service delivery.

D. IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee network management: LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, VPN, connectivity.
• Ensure uptime, data backup, storage, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Maintain an updated IT asset inventory (systems, licenses, devices).
• Drive IT security compliance across all locations.

E. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendors for software, IT hardware, networking, and AMC services.
• Evaluate and onboard new tools, solutions, and technology partners.
• Work closely with business heads to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

F. Process & Compliance

• Establish IT policies, SOPs, and system usage guidelines for employees.
• Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and external IT audits, ensuring zero gaps.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux servers, networks).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of security tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, VPNs.
• Experience managing enterprise software (HRMS, ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multi-location support operations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

4. Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT systems, software administration, or infrastructure management.
• Minimum 2  years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Experience handling fast-paced environments and large user bases preferred.
