Senior Manager – Finance Team

About the Role

PTSI is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance to lead our finance function. This role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while driving strategic insights that support business growth. As a key leadership position, you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage financial risks, and ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

·     Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.

·     Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with business objectives.

·     Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.

·     Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

·     Manage statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory reporting requirements.

·     Drive cost optimization initiatives and strengthen financial governance.

·     Support business expansion plans with financial modeling, investment evaluation, and risk assessment.

·     Mentor and develop finance team members to build strong functional capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

·     Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or MBA Finance preferred.

·     10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.

·     Strong expertise in financial planning, accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

·     Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

·     Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

·     Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
